Offices, shops, warehouse offices and multi-family buildings in Colona, cleaned after hours by the same trained Fortis crew.
Colona sits on the east edge of the Quad Cities, and its businesses often get the leftover crew from companies based across the river. We treat Colona like the rest of the Quad Cities, with the same people every visit.
We start with a walkthrough and a written scope: every area, every task, how often. Warehouse and shop buildings get the offices, break rooms and restrooms covered around their shifts.
Floors get their own schedule so salt and grit don't wear through the finish.
Most cleaning complaints come down to turnover and nobody to call. Here is what changes with Fortis.
Yes. Colona is part of our Quad Cities service area, with the same crew and schedule as anywhere else we work.
We clean the offices, break rooms, restrooms and common areas, scheduled around your shifts. The walkthrough sets exactly what is included.
Usually within a couple of weeks of the walkthrough, or on the date your current contract ends.
Tell us about the building. We'll call to set a walkthrough, and you'll have a written cleaning scope within 48 hours of it.
