Strip and wax, scrub and recoat, burnishing and carpet extraction, done after you close by the same crew that cleans your building.
Your floors take more abuse than any other surface in the building: foot traffic, carts, chairs, and every winter, salt. Daily mopping keeps them clean, but it can't bring back a finish that's worn through. That takes a real floor program.
We look at the floor type, the traffic and how the building is used, then set a schedule that fits: a full strip and wax when the finish is gone, scrub and recoat in between, and regular burnishing to hold the shine.
All of it happens after hours, so nobody walks around wet floors or caution signs. Not sure how often your floors need it? Read how often to strip and wax.
Most buildings hire a cleaner and then a separate floor company. We do both, so the floors get looked after every night and refinished on schedule.
It depends on traffic. Busy entries and hallways often need it more than once a year, quieter offices less. Scrub-and-recoat in between stretches the time between full strips. We'll recommend a schedule on the walkthrough.
No. We work after hours and on weekends, and floors are dry before you open.
Yes. Plenty of buildings use us for floors only. If you ever want one company for both, we do that too.
Yes. Carpet extraction and spot treatment, on a schedule or one time.
Salt eats floor finish. We clean it up regularly through the season and plan a refinish for spring if the finish is gone. More in our salt season guide.
Tell us the building type, roughly how much floor, and what it looks like now. We'll set a walkthrough, and you'll have a written proposal within 48 hours of it.
