Interior and exterior house painting, plus deck and fence staining, by our own Quad Cities painters. We patch, prime, caulk, paint and clean up. Book a free walkthrough and get a written quote.
Winter is interior season. Spring exterior dates are booking now.
Exterior season in the Quad Cities is about done for the year, but inside your house the weather doesn't matter. Bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, hallways, ceilings, trim and doors can all be painted through the winter.
Most of a good paint job happens before the paint. We fill nail holes and dings, sand the patches, caulk gaps along trim, spot-prime repairs and stains, and cover your floors and furniture before a brush comes out. Then two neat coats, crisp lines at the ceiling and trim, and we clean up when we're done.
Need it to fit around work or the kids? Nights and weekends are available. We'll plan the rooms in an order that keeps your house livable while we work.
Exterior paint needs dry weather and the right temperatures, so outside work in the Quad Cities waits for spring. The homeowners who get a walkthrough and a written quote over the winter get the first spring dates. Siding, trim, doors and shutters get washed down, scraped, sanded, caulked and primed where needed before they're painted. Decks and fences get stained on the same spring schedule.

Yes. Interior painting works all year, and winter is a good time for it. Paint dries a little slower when it's cold out, so we plan the coats around the temperature in the room.
Most interior latex paint is dry to the touch in about an hour and ready for a second coat in a few hours, depending on the product, temperature and humidity. It takes a couple of weeks to fully cure, so go easy on scrubbing the walls at first. We'll tell you when furniture can go back against the walls.
A common rule of thumb: flat for ceilings, matte or eggshell for bedrooms and living rooms, satin for hallways and kids' rooms, and semi-gloss for trim, doors, kitchens and baths. We'll talk it through on the walkthrough.
Exterior painting waits for spring, when the weather stays warm and dry long enough for the paint to set. Book a walkthrough now and you get a written quote and a spot on the spring schedule early.
